Some items are listed as in stock to allow for pre order. We will contact the customer promptly if an item isn’t available or in stock. Some items are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer or distributor. In these cases we must first confirm availability of the item before we can advise an estimated time of arrival (ETA) to the customer. The customer is free to cancel if the ETA is longer than expected. Once a customer is given the ETA and commits to waiting for the item to arrive, no refunds will be issued. We highly discourage customers from ordering the same item from two or more retailers. We are committed to keeping our customers informed on their orders and if there are any changes in the ETA.
