Shipping & returns


We ship all orders as soon as possible from Mile High DJ Supply, 6652 Wadsworth Blvd. Arvada CO 80003. We also drop ship to customers from manufacturers. If an order takes longer than one week to fulfill we will notify the buyer. Free shipping only applies to the Continental US. Not Hawaii or Alaska. Free shipping does not include items over 50 lbs. We do not ship to carriers that export to other countries.

In Stock/ Pre-Order

Some items are listed as in stock to allow for pre order. We will contact the customer promptly if an item isn’t available or in stock. Some items are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer or distributor. In these cases we must first confirm availability of the item before we can advise an estimated time of arrival (ETA) to the customer. The customer is free to cancel if the ETA is longer than expected. Once a customer is given the ETA and commits to waiting for the item to arrive, no refunds will be issued. We highly discourage customers from ordering the same item from two or more retailers. We are committed to keeping our customers informed on their orders and if there are any changes in the ETA.


Unwanted items must be unopened/unused and returned within within two weeks of the purchase date to receive a full refund minus 10% re-stocking fee. If the item being returned was initially sent to the customer with a "FREE SHIPPING" option then the refund would be the full amount minus initial shipping costs incurred by Mile High DJ Supply. Any open/used items returned within a two week period of the purchase date would be subject to a 20% restocking fee. 

Defective items can be exchanged with a replacement (as long as the item is in stock) within two weeks of the purchase date. Otherwise the customer must contact the manufacturer of the item.

We do not accept returns on Headphones, Replacement Knobs, Cables, Clothing, Vinyl Records, Speakers or Microphones.
