The RANE PERFORMER is the only 4 channel motorized DJ controller built to RANE standards. 7 inch high torque die cast aluminum platters with acrylic discs keep the feel close to real vinyl, while PRECISION FEEL FADERS and the MAG FOUR crossfader handle everything from tight cuts to long blends. Advanced stems control, a dedicated internal FX engine, high visibility wheel displays, and professional connectivity keep key tools on the surface instead of buried in software.

Familiar Vinyl Feel on Motorized Platters

The PERFORMER centers around a pair of 7 inch high torque die cast aluminum platters with acrylic discs that respond like vinyl. The torque behavior and braking are tuned for scratching, backspins, and pitch control so existing turntable techniques carry over naturally. You get the advantages of motorized control without losing the feel you rely on.

Precision Feel faders

All four channel faders use RANE PRECISION FEEL FADER technology, built on the same dual rail mechanical system as the MAG FOUR. The result is a smooth, light travel that is still mechanically solid under heavy use. Each fader offers contour control and reversal options so you can set the response for tight cuts, slow blends, or anything in between.

Mag Four Crossfader

At the center of the mixer section is the MAG FOUR crossfader, designed specifically for scratch performance. It is RANE’s lightest and smoothest crossfader, with an external tension knob that lets you adjust the feel without opening the unit. Dedicated curve and reverse controls keep your preferred cut distance and response close at hand for battle style or hybrid sets.

Advanced Stems Control

Enhance your performance and overall stage presence with 16 multi-color backlit pads—eight per deck. The PERFORMER offers four ways to work with stems directly from the hardware, setting a clear standard for open format performance. Use stems controls to separate or balance vocal and instrumental elements, trigger acapella or instrumental focus quickly, and access dedicated stems pad modes for cutting, muting, and reshaping parts in real time. Stems tools are placed where you expect them, so you can integrate them into routines without breaking your flow.h offers 10 performance modes for dynamic triggering, sampling, and effects—plus Split Pad Mode for access to two different modes on each deck.

Dynamic Internal FX Engine

A dynamic internal FX engine gives you 29 main FX plus four knob controlled Channel FX for each side of the mixer. Core effects like echoes, reverbs, rolls, and flangers are tuned for clarity on professional sound systems. You can run the internal FX on their own or combine them with Serato DJ Pro FX when you need more layers, without sacrificing consistency or output level.

High Definition Wheel Displays

Each motorized platter includes a 3.5 inch display in the center, putting key visual information where your hands already are. View moving waveforms, deck status, artwork, and library views on the wheel instead of constantly looking at the laptop. Day Mode improves visibility in brighter environments so you can keep your sightline on the hardware and the crowd.

Performance Pads with OLED Feedback

Sixteen performance pads, eight per deck, give direct access to cues, loops, samples, stems modes, and more. Dedicated OLED Pad Mode displays above each pad bank show the active mode and key parameters at a glance. This makes it easier to combine different modes and routines without losing track of what each pad is currently doing.
